Guidance Notes for the feedback information

The table on the feedback page shows all the properties you have previously expressed interest for and the current status of those properties.

You will be able to see properties that have been offered or let, the band date and the priority date of the successful applicants.

This will help you make a choice about where you should place your expressions of interest in the future (e.g. if there are lots of people ahead of you on the shortlist, you may wish to consider looking at expressing an interest in properties in other locations where there is less demand). For example less applicants place bids on flats.

Please note: applicants can only be considered for one property at a time. Applicants can bid on multiple properties, but once an applicant is placed in an 'Offered' status for any one of those properties, they will no longer appear on the shortlists for the other properties they have bid on while that offer is active. If the offer is later refused, their status is updated and they reappear on other shortlists they are eligible for. When this happens, the system automatically recalculates the shortlist order. This can result in shortlist positions changing, even after a bidding cycle has closed.
